Lollos ställe - A rural gem

Lollos ställe is a small cafe on the south coast of Sweden, less than one hour south of Gothenburg. Small communities such as the one where Lollos ställe is found have lost most of their restaurants and shops due to most people going into the bigger city Varberg. Lollos ställe exists because of an engaged family that insists that small places in Sweden should still have their establishments and attract tourists.

Responsibilities

Brand and Website designer

I was responsible for designing and maintaining a brand and website for Lollos ställe. They had inherited some subscriptions from the previous owner and I was tasked to build the website using hemsida24’s website builder.

Designed content for print

I designed menus for the cafe and digital ones, flyers, posters for events such as music evenings and quiz nights. The printouts needed to be weather-proof as the menus were outside and sun, rain and the harsh salty seaside climate is taxing.

Idea consulting and cafe worker

I worked with Lollos to set up menu ideas and events during the start up period. I acted as a sounding board and helped generate ideas.
